Our commitment to TOTAL QUALITY means that the goods and services we provide our customers will be error-free and delivered on time, every time... without hassle to our customers. Our goal is to offer service which not only meets, but clearly exceeds, the expectations of our customers, and to
provide TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. That is the definition of PERFECT SERVICE.

EMPLOYEES: R &: S Supply will provide the opportunity to each employee to contribute his or her particular knowledge and experience to the continuous improvement process. This is of vital importance, as our business is made up of a series of interdependent processes. To achieve PERFECT SERVICE, each person who works in each part of the process will be involved in contributing to its improvement through training, teamwork and performance on an ongoing basis.

SUPPLIERS: The Quality process is both internal and external, and our efforts to improve will be greatly enhanced by involving our suppliers - the external source of our process inputs. R &: S Supply must rely on its suppliers to build quality into the products...but the requirements of PERFECT SERVICE go far beyond product quality. R &: S Supply requires that our suppliers conform to mutually agreed upon requirements of timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of all merchandise shipments.
